Exceeding Expectations
We chose GTS Construction to build our first home. Neither my wife or I had ever been through the house building process. Tracy helped us every step of the way from selecting the right houseplan to allow for family growth all the way to choosing the color of the front door. Tracy literally helped us turn our blueprint into our dream home.

We were thinking of building a house and by chance found one under construction whose design and quality matched what we were looking for. The builder, we discovered, was GTS construction, whose founder is Tracy Smith. We talked with Tracy, and after discussing our plans with him, quickly decided that we wanted him to be our builder. Fully meeting a client's expectations in building a home is not an easy task, but, in our case, we could not have been more pleased.
